Kaveh joined the lab in 2018 as a PhD student in the BME program, after completing a BS in Bioengineering at UC Berkeley.  He was a Koshland Scholar at Berkeley, where his did research on two-photon imaging, resulting in a publication at PNAS.

Kaveh's research focuses on the non-human primate cerebellum, studying the role of this structure in control of movements.
