The Laboratory for Computational Motor Control is in need of volunteers who are interested in participating in one of our research experiments. In a typical experiment, you will hold the handle of a robotic arm and move it while we carefully measure components of your movements. In other experiments, we measure movements of your eyes as you scan an environment. We are interested in understanding how the healthy brain control movements of the arms and the eyes, and how this process is affected when a disease damages the brain.

All research protocols have undergone a review process and have been approved by the Johns Hopkins University Institutional Review Board to ensure safety of the volunteers. To get more details on the current studies, please contact us.
